A local delivery fee of $9.95 will be added to each order for each address. Our delivery to St. Louis Park, Golden Valley, Crystal, New Hope, Hopkins and Edina begins at 9:30am and continues throughout the day. Deliveries outside of these areas leave our store at 11:30am and are delivered during the afternoon. Business addresses are generally delivered before 4:30pm and residences are delivered until the delivery is done. We also offer delivery, which can be completed in as little as ninety minutes anywhere in the metro area for an additional charge. Except for funeral orders, Sunday delivery is usually not available. Our relay charge for deliveries outside of the metro area is $6.95 plus the delivery charge.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
